All sessions are 1 on 1, 45-60 min long, and fully catered to your goals and needs. Services can be paid for by using Out of Network (OON) insurance coverage or at a self pay rate. If you wish to check what is included in your insurance plan and how much the payments would be for OON deductible and copay, please fill out the information on the intake forms that are electronically sent for the initial appointment and we can complimentarily check coverage for you!

Services:

functional MOVEMENT and running ASSESSMENT

On Track looks at your movement patterns, individual tendencies, and goal activity to help find any restrictions and improve mechanics to work and perform more optimally. This could be based off of a prior injury or just you wanting to become more efficient and functional for longevity! Gait analysis on treadmill available.

Performance session

We offer a 60 min performance assessment, that looks at your current form/skill you are looking to work on, and provide feedback and routines on how to enhance or adjust to the next level you are working towards.

Each sport or activity requires its own physical pre requisites for movement, as well as catered mobility and strength to optimally perform that activity. Find out what could make you perform better, without as much injury, and enjoy what you are doing at a greater level.

REHABILITATION

Look at a current, past, or chronic injury to treat symptoms and find the root cause of why it is happening. This will prevent long term damage, decrease risk of re injury, and help fix the actual problem. These 60 minute Physical Therapy sessions are one on one and have the option to be billed through Out of Network insurance, if personal benefits allow.

 
Running Coaching

Through specialized exercises and techniques, pelvic floor therapy helps address issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. It's a personalized approach designed to improve strength, flexibility, and control, helping you regain comfort, confidence, and overall well-being. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or just want to optimize your pelvic health, pelvic floor rehab can make a significant difference in your daily life. Internal and external pelvic floor rehab available.

 

Recovery SESSION and Services

Being able to complete each workout or goal at an optimal level requires you to start feeling fresh and recovered from any previous training sessions. We offer a 60 minute soft tissue and mobility session together to help address any restrictions and boost recovery time!

Another tool we use is Normatec Compression Sleeves that help flush out the legs quicker and decrease the amount of the soreness in the legs! Please email carlyg.dpt@gmail.com if interested in scheduling a session.
