ABOUT
ON TRACK

“Personalized, one on one care is on top of our priority list to be sure to treat you like an individual, and not a protocol. The services On Track PT has available build upon the goal you have set for yourself or to reach new ones, so you can conquer them safely and efficiently.

The mindset of preparing your body for the movements and stresses it may experience during a sport or an activity is what keeps your body healthy and with less chance of injury, and therefore higher performance. Lets look at your movement patterns and find any deficiencies or stiffnesses that may be preventing you from achieving your maximum potential, and allow you to become the best version of yourself! “

Carly Graham Brady, DPT, PT, FAFS, FRC
Owner and Physical Therapist

Carly Graham Brady, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is the owner and lead physical therapist of her private practice, where she combines her expertise in orthopedic care and endurance sports to help individuals achieve their peak performance. She earned her Bachelor of Clinical Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, laying a solid foundation for her career in the field of physical therapy.

Carly further developed her skills and specialized knowledge for over five years working in New York City at a clinic renowned for its focus on endurance athletes and orthopedic conditions. During this time, she honed her ability to treat and rehabilitate athletes—especially runners—providing personalized care for both injury recovery and injury prevention. From there she decided to start treating on her own and grow her own business.

In her pursuit of continued education, Carly has expanded her expertise through certifications from the Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Anatomy Seminars and became a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. She has a special interest in running mechanics and efficiency, with a deep understanding of how to rehabilitate injuries while also optimizing movement patterns, identifying postural dysfunction, and coordinate full body stability to prevent future problems.

Carly played volleyball through high school and into college, where she then switched over to the track and field team and has not looked back. Carly was the Assistant Coach for the cross country and track and field team while in graduate school. She continues to train for races and expand her passion of running through run coaching and working with run groups. In her down time, you can find her enjoying coffee and the outdoors with her husband and son, who she welcomed this past year.
